There are days I wake up feeling unstoppable.
Clear. Focused. Burning with direction. And there are days I wake up searching for a sign. “There Are Days” was born from that honest space
from living inside the contrast. Some mornings I feel like a queen,
with fire in my eyes and a map in my hands.
Other mornings I am asking for clarity,
for a small light through the fog.
This song is not about confidence.
It is about the waves we all carry inside. It is about knowing exactly what you want ,
and still doubting the path. It is about the discipline of returning to your voice
when the fog rolls in. Writing has always been my way back.
When I cannot see the mountain peak,
I write until the mist begins to move. And somewhere inside the song,
there is a whisper I have carried for years, The main thing
is not to be afraid at all.
Not of ambition.
Not of depth.
Not of wanting more.
Not of your own voice.
If you are in a “queen day,” I celebrate you.
If you are in a “fog day,” stay. Both are part of becoming.

7-Minute Writing Practice
If today feels clear , write from the fire.
If today feels foggy, write from the mist. Set a timer for 7 minutes.
Don’t edit. Don’t correct. Just let it move.
Step 1 – Name the Day Write the sentence: “Today is a ___ kind of day.”
Queen day?
Fog day?
Heavy day?
Repeat the sentence 3 times, each time completing it differently.
Step 2 – Speak From the Bones
*Complete this line without thinking too much: “What I know in my bones is…” Let it be raw.
Even if you contradict yourself. Especially if you contradict yourself.
Step 3 – One Brave Line
- Finish with: “Even if I am afraid, today I will…” Keep it small.
One phone call.
One paragraph.
One honest conversation.
One act of self-respect.
You don’t need a perfect day to move forward.
You only need one honest line. And the main thing
is not to be afraid at all.
